How do I return an item?

All items bought online can be sent back for a full credit as long as 2 requirements have been met.  The product must not have been used and it must be shipped back  within 30 days of purchase.  Please email [email protected] with any questions.

If a ski boot has been used it may not be returned.  The used boot can be brought to any of our 25 stores worldwide and repairs or an exchange can be made at the managers discretion. Please note the exchanged boot may be higher priced which will result in the customer paying the difference.
