The Surefoot Banshee Pro comes with the Contoura X2 Custom Liner and requires the use of a Custom Ski Orthotic. This boot has the same outer mold as powerful race boot but it uses a more generous 98mm inner plug. This is designed to give the boot a race like feel without having to spend hours at the boot shop. A great new addition to this boot is the Vibram sole. The Vibram will allow your heart to beat a bit slower as you walk above that exposure. This boot is the choice for expert skiers, ski instructors, freeriders and veterans. The Banshee series works great with medium to high insteps and A-D widths. The D width foot may need a small boot expansion.
This custom ski boot must be made at a Surefoot store. On the checkout page, you will find a section that gives you the option of making an appointment. If you are unsure when you can get in for a fitting, an appointment can be made at a later date by calling the store. On the day of your scheduled fitting, simply show up at the store and your requested products and one of our boot techs will be waiting for you.
This men’s ski boot is measured in US sizing. The easiest way to determine what size you should purchase is by taking you regular shoe size and decreasing it by 1. For example if you wear a size 11 shoe, chances are you are a 10 in this boot. This simply math works almost all the time. It is extremely rare that a skier wears the same size ski boot as regular shoe. Occasionally a skier may wear a boot that is 2 sizes smaller than their shoe size, but typically this skier already knows their size.
