In order to create these boots Lange began by scanning 20,000 feet from around the world with a state of the art 3D imaging system to determine the exact needs of skiers. The result is the RX last that provides an asymmetrical toe box with a slightly narrower, more articulated ankle pocket. This combined with the mono-injected liner and control fit liner technology has resulted in a great fitting boot that provides incredible performance for a boot with a 110 flex. The RX 110 will work great for strong upper intermediate skiers to lightweight experts who are looking for a modern ski boot. The very anatomical shaped shell and 100mm last will provide a great fit for a large # of skiers. It will work for B-D with feet with virtually no extra boot work needed.
This men’s ski boot is measured in mondo sizing. The easiest way to determine your size is to
look at the chart below. Locate your
regular shoe size and look down to determine your boot size.
Mondo size can be translated to US sizing fairly
easily. Let’s use 27.5 for example. Add the first 2 numbers together and get a 9,
then move the .5 behind the 9. Therefore
a size 27.5 is relatively a 9.5. It does
get a bit more confusing because skiers typically wear a ski boot that is 1
size smaller than their regular shoes.
So a person who skis in a 27.5 boot will typically wear a 10 or 10.5
shoe. This simply conversion works
almost all the time. It is extremely
rare a person will wear the same size ski boot as regular shoe.
